Family Friday Series: #RVARocks

Welcome to Family Fridays — a 10-week series designed to give parents and children fun, meaningful activities you can do at home to explore feelings of grief and remember your loved one in unique ways.

What is #RVARocks?

RVA Rocks is a local community project with the goal of spreading kindness to others. One of the things we do in our last week of Hands on Healing is to share a message of hope with other families who are grieving.

Today, decorate a rock with a special picture or message that you can hide to share with others who may need your positivity.

Supplies
The only supplies you’ll need are rock(s) and paint! Sharpies will also work well for this project.

Instructions

Find a rock outside and make sure to clean it to remove any dirt. Paint (or write) the rock with a message of hope you’d like to share with others and then take a walk with your family and hide the rock somewhere special in order to spread hope and kindness to others.

Full Circle is committed to our community and in our continued effort to serve, adapt, and connect with our participants (past, current, and future)

We’d love to see your Family Friday activity! Please share photos on Facebook or Instagram or send your a photo of your Family Friday project to HOHgroups@fullcirclegc.org.
